”Staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable, but it’s not a good experience. The hallways smell like pot, the AC unit was so loud that I could not hear the TV even when turned up all the way. The wall thermostat would not turn off the unit, so I had to unplug it to watch TV and sleep. The walls are extremely thin and we could hear the upstairs guests walking (jumping?) at an extremely loud volume. The toilet ran constantly and clearly needs its internals replaced. ”I arrived and the parking lot was pock marked with deep chunks missing; it felt like I was driving on rocks! I parked where the front door should be, and the doors were steel chained shut. ”This hotel is gross. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we just left and went to another hotel. The reviews were mostly good so I was very disappointed. The lady at the desk during check in was so sweet so I do want to note that. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there are no complaints about that. The room itself however was so gross.
