”The checkin process was the longest we had experienced in years of traveling. Having 55+ year old fillng in a ”no party ” disclaimer was also kind of fun… Once the paperwork was done we were told no rooms were ready although we checked in after 5pm and , despite being told this woukd be the case , no one let us know when they were ready. ”Luckyly” we waited 45minutes for some club sandwiches . The rooms were supposed to be checked before handed out to us but no larger towels available and some...

”Our stay at Sheraton Manila Hotel in Newport was excellent. The staff were awesome, friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast had a great selection with delicious options. One of the best features was the convenient connection to the mall, which made dining and shopping very easy. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.”
