”The checkin process was the longest we had experienced in years of traveling. Having 55+ year old fillng in a ”no party ” disclaimer was also kind of fun… Once the paperwork was done we were told no rooms were ready although we checked in after 5pm and , despite being told this woukd be the case , no one let us know when they were ready. ”Luckyly” we waited 45minutes for some club sandwiches . The rooms were supposed to be checked before handed out to us but no larger towels available and some...

”The staff were nice, but the building was a little bit outdated. Only complaint was in the middle of the night. They called us that their transportation was there, but we never booked transportation and it ruined our sleep. Other than that, the hotel was enough if you just wanted to rest.”

”The hotel was in perfect location, easy access to to shopping centers, groceries and other public attractions nearby. Our room had a Manila bay view, so clean, furnished elegantly. Staff from checking in to housekeeping was very accommodating and professional. Restaurants inside the hotel had variety of choices to choose from buffet to sit down dinner. Overall the hotel and casino definitely highly recommended!”
