”The condo had potential, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially considering we paid ₱18,000+ per night. Check-in was unnecessarily delayed due to missing registration documents and poor coordination. The unit needed better cleaning and maintenance. The blankets and couches smelled strongly of sweat/mustiness, the unit and bathroom smelled moldy, the water initially came out yellow, and the outdoor chairs were heavily rusted. There were also no AC remotes and no shampoo or...

”Reception and lobby promised a luxury… it turn out to be something else. Reception could not help us with our check in. Instead one guy without any uniform took care of our check in after 20 mins waiting. Deposit was only possible in cash. Loose floor tiles in corridor and also in shower. There were also some bugs in bathroom and one bathrobe had stains before first use and answer was it is our fault… We asked for iron and ironing board. He promised to deliver those in the morning… no...

”Feedback has been noted and reported to owner about cleanliness, restroom, loud ac but working great, space in cabinet and other stuff. Hopefully it will be acted upon with the caretaker as the resort itself is nice and could use some renovation in the room. but I do appreciate how communicative the owner is and appreciative of the feedback. At the end of the day this is still a short term stay condotel”

”Great view of lake Taal, surrounding area is nice I did a lot of walking around. They have what they call a clean as you go policy, they rely on that far too much. The room was filthy mites running around everywhere. they need to give them security deposit, when I got into the room, I saw the only way to retrieve it is through GCash. I called the host to to let her know I do not use cash and to let her know that I was gonna be leaving the unit early and asked her if she could come by and...

Parhaat hotelliarvostelut kohteessa Metro Luzon Urban Beltway

The Peninsula Manila

10/10 Loistava

"The Peninsula Manila is always amazing to stay at! The staff is fantastic, the breakfast at Escolta is tasty and the variety is perhaps the biggest I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Also dinner at Lobby, drinks at Salon de Ning and the bar and lunch at the poolbar were great. We used the pool and the gym daily on our week long stay. Some part of the hotel are already worn out tho. Altho our room itself was in good condition, the bathroom had dents here and there, as did the spa and the gym. The towels in the room or the mattresses or shades at the pool did not feel 5 star. I hope the management addresses this and keeps the hotel standard high in all areas. All in all our party loved the stay!"
