”Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel spacieux et très propre. La chambre était très bien, confortable et agréable, même s’il manquait un support pour poser la valise. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, juste à côté d’un grand centre commercial, ce qui est très pratique. Gros coup de cœur pour la piscine sur le toit, que j’ai beaucoup appréciée. Je recommande sans hésiter !”

Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do. ”Reception and lobby promised a luxury… it turn out to be something else. Reception could not help us with our check in. Instead one guy without any uniform took care of our check in after 20 mins waiting. Deposit was only possible in cash. Loose floor tiles in corridor and also in shower. There were also some bugs in bathroom and one bathrobe had stains before first use and answer was it is our fault… We asked for iron and ironing board. He promised to deliver those in the morning… no...

”It was very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and included all needed basics (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds), shampoo, soap. Towels are clean, white, and smell fresh. Ortigas is a very busy city, so it's not quiet, you can hear sounds of cars and horns, but tolerable. The breakfast had a good selection of food. Staff are very friendly and polite. Philippine hospitality is number 1!!!!!”
