”Reception and lobby promised a luxury… it turn out to be something else. Reception could not help us with our check in. Instead one guy without any uniform took care of our check in after 20 mins waiting. Deposit was only possible in cash. Loose floor tiles in corridor and also in shower. There were also some bugs in bathroom and one bathrobe had stains before first use and answer was it is our fault… We asked for iron and ironing board. He promised to deliver those in the morning… no...

Also security made us feel secured and safe every time we walked into the building. Thank you will certainly be returning here. ”
