Upon checking in the reception told us they didn’t have the room we originally booked which was a king size bed room for 2 people. She said they only had rooms with 2 beds or a suite with a king size bed but we had to pay extra. I told her I wanted the room I reserved and payed for. She said she could call her manager but never did, instead she insisted on switching our reservation. I was tired and didn’t want to argue so we just got the 2 beds, which were very small and uncomfortable to sleep in. Very disappointed with this situation. Breakfast is limited and it’s pretty much the same breakfast items daily. Waffles, cereal, oatmeal. The rooms are outdated and the bathroom door had chipped wood. Although we had a non smoking room, it smelled like cannabis the whole time we were there. The pool was closed the day we got there, they opened the pool the next day but the water was too cold to get in. Left disappointed.
