”I never have been treated like this before. I had a paid reservation for four nights. I called about 4 PM to say we were running late... response: "No problem." I arrived at 10 PM to see a sign posted saying "Overbooked." I call the number and the response was "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. First come, first served." This is UNACCEPTABLE. Two other customers arriving after me faced the same dilemma. Warning: avoid this establishment like the plague!”

”The sign hanging on the door for no vacancy was concerning. The room was okay, could have used a deep cleaning but apparent it is extended stay. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. The air conditioning struggled to keep room 68. Kitchenette to save money on food BUT there is nothing to do so. No toaster, no coffee pot. No coffee in downstairs to offset. Had to go by things to cook and eat there. 3 towels, 2 wash rags and one kitchen hand towel for linens. Downstairs at the desk many...

”The unit is very clean and nicely furnished. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient. It should be pointed out that there is no formal dining or food preparation area, a fridge microwave and toaster are available, but that is the extent of the kitchen facilities. Our biggest concern was we had no cell service at all in the unit or on the property.”

”House was clean. Nice layout. Woodwork is very charming. Fenced in backyard was a lovely place to toss around a frisbee and kick a soccer ball. House was close to a grocery store and other amenities. Kitchen was stocked with everything one needs. Recommend others staying here if you need to be in the area.”

”Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay. None of this was misrepresented, I just didn’t notice or ask the right questions.”
