The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and its proximity to my workplace near the Palais des Congrès in Paris was very convenient.That said, the key collection process was more tedious than expected. Although this is mentioned in the listing, the key has to be picked up from another building about a 15-minute walk away, which is not very convenient when traveling with heavy suitcases.Additionally, the apartment is on the 6th floor...

”Apartment was fine for one or two people, though bathroom needs an upgrade. Apartment is in attic at rear building and is not what is shown on website. View to courtyard is nice. Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood. The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling. ”The hosts were really welcoming, they have video guides and helpful communication through out the stay. The flat has everything you need like a washing machine, a microwave, kettle, etc. The apartment is very spacious and quiet as the window look out to an inner courtyard.
