”This property is as advertised and great for RVs who want to be near the beach without the RV park! There is another site next door but we didn't know they were there with the site setup and space. The owners were great and super nice and friendly and we got to meet them by chance at the end of our trip. The pavilion, fire pit and sandlot on the site are perfect touches! Would definitely recommend! Great find!”

”The home was well stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach buggy, cookware. The beach access was amazing with a 1 minute walk. The bedrooms were large with plenty of room on the kitchen level for everyone to hang out. The outside bathroom and shower was very handy. The refrigerator at the entry level mud room was a great choice for extra drinks and fruit. ”

”Wonderful stay. This was by far the nicest rental we’ve stayed at on the Florida coast. House was very well equipped and all the furnishings beautiful and comfortable. The pool was right outside and always quiet- which my kids loved. The beach was so quiet and the chair service was fantastic. Mexico Beach appears to still be recovering from the hurricane, so restaurants are limited. We had great food from a couple of the food trucks at lunch time, but there’s only a couple of dine-in restaurants...

”Beautiful property close to the beach. Cottage had everything we needed including a few beach towels- if you forget yours-an umbrella, beach cart and skim board. Pool is just a few steps down the street, however there is zero shade at pool but it was always refreshing after the beach. A convenient gas station is on the corner for snacks and drinks-which we went to daily! Food trucks close by and Port St. Joe/restaurants just 15 minutes away. Much calmer, more relaxed beach area than PC, Destin...

”This was our first time visiting Mexico Beach. We had 4 adults, 1 kid, 2 teens and 2 college kids in the house for the week. The kitchen was perfect for cooking or hanging out as a big family. We never felt crowded even with 9 people in the room. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. The deck looking out to the water was awesome!
