”Extremely well maintained, clean, quiet, & family friendly! Can’t say enough great things about this spot. Very short walk to the beach & you do NOT have to cross the highway, which is a huge bonus with small kids. In most town homes you hear your neighbors at all hours, but not here! Super quiet and comfortable. Plenty of kid friendly items, which made it feel very homey. Lots of extras in the kitchen, which was super helpful when we cooked meals in. ”We had an amazing time. Kim was very helpful answering questions before we went. We arrived to a clean house. There were 7 adults and a toddler. The house was stocked with a good beginning supply of everything. If there is one thing that could be added, maybe some larger pans. Beautiful views from both balconies. We made lots of memories and saw some incredible sunsets on the semi-private beach.”
