”We loved the hotel room and the property. We ate at the hotel restaurant where the service was slow and careless. The food was mediocre.”

”Hot tub was not in service. Pool was nice but hours were very limited. 9am-9pm, which did not afford early leavers to get in a morning swim. Sink was visibly clogged with good. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

I appreciate the kitchenette with full size frig and stove top when visiting Green Bay for the Bellin Run. Location is awesome for this event as well!”

”The room wasn’t very clean. There was gross grime in the corners of the bathroom, the walls in the room hand splatter stains, and just overall dingy. The pool area had garbage and stuff on the ground. It seemed to never have been picked up and the tables always dirty. Not wiped down after people had sat and eaten at them. The front desk staff gave us wrong directions on which way to get to the room and wrong door number to enter from parking lot. Room towels weren’t replaced unless asked. The...

”The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend.”

”Best breakfast with made to order omelets, waffles, yogurt and fresh fruit. Staff was so helpful, letting my us check in early and providing a roll-away bed for the kids. Pool area was perfect for our large group. Highly recommend this hotel.”

”Pros: for the price, this place is a good spot if you have kids. My daughter loved the pool area, which was clean and seemed maintained. Cons: Our tub wouldn’t drain and we reported it on the first day; we stayed 3 nights but no one ever came to fix it. We asked for clean towels and a room refresh on the third day and were told that was no problem but it hadn’t been done when we got in that evening. Things were generally clean but we found popcorn, candy and trash around and behind the beds.”
