Jean-Claude and Isabelle welcome you to their mill estate, which still boasts its original mechanism and waterwheel. Nestled on the banks of the Orne Saosnoise river, this mill is located 20 minutes from Le Mans and offers an ideal fishing spot for fishing enthusiasts. The idyllic parkland along the river allows you to fish for pike, perch, tench, and other species (fishing license required). Only one pet is allowed during your stay. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash on the property and never left unattended in the cottage. There is a supplement of €10 per night for pets. Located in a separate building from the mill, this semi-detached cottage shares a wall with two other cottages. It features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, and a large flat-screen TV. There is also a storage area with a washing machine and a separate toilet. The large bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together and one additional single bed, as well as a dressing room. The bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower and a washbasin. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together and a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a dressing room, and a private bathroom in a boat cabin style with a shower, toilet, and small sink; and a second bedroom with two single beds (80cm) and a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a dressing room, and a private bathroom in a boat cabin style with a shower, toilet, and small sink.

Since the pandemic, bed linen and towels will be in plastic envelopes and placed in the bedrooms.

Wi-Fi internet access is available.
Electric heating is available at an extra cost, payable directly to the owner on site (8 kWh included per day).

CAR CHARGING POINT.

Several outdoor areas with sun loungers, a barbecue, and garden furniture are available.

A mandatory cleaning fee of €70 applies. Additional person/day charge applies for groups larger than 7, up to a maximum of 11 people.

€15 per night as indicated at the time of booking.
A security deposit is required and must be registered 48 hours prior to arrival by Gîtes de France.
If the security deposit is not registered, only a cash payment will be accepted and given upon arrival when the keys are handed over.
Supplement per pet: €10/day.
