The Deneb cottage is nestled in 4 hectares of lush greenery, offering views of the lake and surrounding countryside. This cottage is the perfect place for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation in the heart of the Périgord Vert region. The independent cottage is quiet and peaceful, divided into two separate sections 10 meters apart. The bedroom with a desk is located in the tower, and the kitchen and bathroom are in the lower building. On-site, you can enjoy catch-and-release fishing in the two ponds, relax playing on our beautiful pétanque court, or exercise in our gym or around the lakes. Everything is here to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Cottage Description: - 1 fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator and small appliances) - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 desk - 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet - 1 terrace area with table and chairs - Pets allowed (on a leash) - NON-SMOKING house (smoking permitted outside) - Private parking. Possibility of adding the SIRIUS garden studio (1 single bed (120cm) and 1 single bed (90cm)) with its own bathroom.
