”The stay was beyond our expectations. Neither of us had ever stayed at a Fairfield Inn, but we had a great experience. The hotel was easy to access and close to where we needed to be. The room was very clean and comfortable. Our regret was that we did not bring swimwear to enjoy the indoor pool. The breakfast was more than we could ever want and definitely more than we needed to eat! We were extremely happy with our choice!”

”The hotel is nicely tucked away from everything so makes for a super quite and restful stay but yet still very much accessible to to main st. Breakfast was awesome and the staff very helpful and nice.”

”The ac unit kept going on and off, throughout the night, it got hot and it was so loud then silent every 15 mins, couldn’t sleep, asked the front desk if there was a way to keep it on and not go off, she said no, gave me a small fan to use, the next morning before checking out I went to put my suitcase in my car and I had the fan in my arm to turn in when I gave my door keys back, and the front door staff came outside yelling we took their fan, we turned around and said we are coming back in to...

”We had a great stay here. Highly recommend the large (total of 4 beds) family room, it was a great value. The indoor pool, onsite coin operated laundry, free continental breakfast (it's simple, but it does the job, AND they have the self serve waffle iron that everyone loves), free parking, and convenient access (next to a Walmart) make this hotel hard to beat when staying in the Troy area.”

”We were in the hotel room for less than 5 minutes and seen a bed bug. Instantly checked out at 1 am. Tried contacting the hotel through Expedia to no avail. Would not recommend staying here unless you really like bugs…then this place is for you!”

”Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. Definitely would stay again.”

”Ants everywhere! Dirty Sheets with visible stains! Tiny, barely usable fitness center. No vent in the bathroom, so after the shower the area is a sauna steam bath. Iron broken and leaking all over my clothes. Fridge worked; nice, big windows; great AC; friendly staff. Would not come back if I had a choice though.”

”I have to say the Motif on Music row was one of the most amazing experiences I've had Hotel wise we were there for the CMA Festival and it was our first time attending the festival in Nashville which is a huge deal we had no idea where we were going how we were going to get there or get back the staff was most gracious and guiding us throughout her stay they also provided a free shuttle to and from Broadway and the return trip was dependent upon what time you chose to return the last shuttle...

”There was a cockroach inside the floormat. Remote was all taped up, hard to use. Floors filthy. A bed made weird drum noises anytime hubby moved. Saving grace staying there was and excellent Cracker Barrel meatloaf dinner I bought right next door ... even they forgot the cornbread muffins!”
