”The hotel was very clean, the front desk almost always had a clerk with a smile ready to help in any way. The breakfast area was clean. There was a very nice assortment of hot and cold options that were kept full and clean. The room was clean and the bathroom was stocked with lots of towels and toiletries. And, the neighborhood was safe, and with two nice restaurants within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if ever back in this area.”

”From pictures, the room looked very nice and spacious. Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell and the room had a very dirty feel to it. The pull out couch was dirty, lopsided, and made loud creaky sounds. The pillows were extremely flat, the bed felt unclean… we probably wouldn’t stay here again. The pro is that the room was spacious for our family but overall the hotel could use updates and a deep clean.”

”We rented four rooms, and one had cockroaches. The front desk staff member lacked training at checkout (they didn't know how to print the receipts). The breakfast attendant was excellent, but the ingredients were low-budget. This is the first time I’ve written a negative review for a hotel, especially given the high price. It has a good location, but—like its neighbors—the hotel is in need of renovation.”

”Loved the Patriot Table the manager had set up in the eating area honoring fallen patriots. The man at the desk was very kind and helpful. Although the hotel overall was very clean and well maintained, the first room we were assigned to was having a problem with the air conditioning draining onto the carpeting. We were assigned another room. The carpeting was only slightly back by the air conditioning, but by morning the floor was wet. The man at the desk wanted to comp us the room, but we...
