ADDITIONAL TERMS TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT

- The minimum age for booking is 25, and a government-issued ID will be required for the check-in process; only the booking holder is allowed to check in.

- Last-minute reservations with same-day check-in may require 2 or more additional hours to prepare and inspect the unit.

- Indoor furniture cannot be used outdoors.

- To prevent excessive humidity inside the Condo, which will cause dangerous condensation and AC unit damage, the AC unit must always be on, never lower than 68F and never higher than 77F, with balcony doors closed. Any issue with the AC must be reported immediately.

- Smoking and annoying noises in any area of the apartment & building are strictly prohibited.

- Parties and events are not allowed.

- Maximum capacity allowance at any moment is 6 People, including children.

- Not following these rules may cause the eviction of the unit, with no refund of the used and unused days.
