Hello. At the time of the check-in, even I said to the front desk person my husband already paid through Expedia, she asked me for a card and when I asked why is the card for she just said to have a card in the system. And she charged me again for the full reservation when it was already paid.
I got charged twice. I spoke with Brandon in the front desk the next day and he said management are going to send me an email. I still haven’t received the email or the refund for the double-charged.
Also, I paid for the parking in advance. The girl that charged me twice validated my parking receipt so I could get out of the parking but instead she kept the paper and told me she sent me a virtual one to my email. She sent me the email but there wasn’t a scanning machine when I got out and I had to pay AGAIN for overnight parking since she kept the paper to get out.
