The Space:

Escape to our inviting 1-bedroom apartment and enjoy a perfect blend of comfort and convenience with resort-style amenities. Take a dip in the sparkling swimming pool, stay active in the fully equipped gym, or unwind at the on-site bistro. A complimentary beach shuttle makes it easy to soak up the sun at the nearby Hallandale Beach. For your convenience, we provide complimentary beach towels and two beach chairs, ensuring you have everything you need to relax and enjoy the sun at the beach. You can also rent bikes to explore the neighborhood and discover all that Hallandale Beach has to offer at your own pace.

Relax in the comfortable living room, complete with a sitting area and a TV for your entertainment. The sofa easily transforms into a comfortable sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space if needed.



The fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stainless steel appliances, provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the cozy dining area offers a welcoming space to enjoy meals with family and friends. The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, furnished with a king-size bed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the serene views, perfect for unwinding after a long day.



While each unit offers the same spacious and stylish layout with all the amenities you expect, the floor level and views of the surrounding area may differ depending on availability. You are welcome to message us with any floor and view preferences you may have. While I will do my best to accommodate your request, please note that it is not guaranteed and will be subject to availability at the time of your check-in.

A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.
