Close to everything, our home accommodates 7 guests in 3 bedrooms with a total of 3 queen beds (air mattress available), it has 2 bathrooms, cozy living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and one of the best perks is the big backyard.

The house (1350 ft²) has been recently renovated and designed by professionals whose main focus was to create positive living experience with modern furniture and contemporary features. In the spacious garden, guests can enjoy comfortable seating areas. Moreover, parking spots in the driveway as well as the street parking in front of the house are available.

Situated in a safe neighborhood of Design District, only 5 minutes drive to Wynwood, 10 minutes to Downtown Miami and 15 minutes to Miami Beach.

The accommodation is equipped with the following: fenced garden, terrace, garden furniture, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, internet (WiFi), 4 TVs, iron, hair dryer and parking (free).

In the open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchenware (pots/pans), plates and bowls are provided.

For your convenience we provide complimentary basics such as 4 towels per bed, 2-3 toilet papers in each bathroom, mini shampoos and soaps, paper towel, salt and pepper, and welcome drinks (more to be purchased if needed in the nearby stores).

Upon arrival you will be provided with the 4-digit code to enter the house.
