Nice small hotel located within walking distance of the beach, groceries, and eateries in south beach. Hotel cafe is very good and reasonably priced, staff are as friendly as can be. Would definitely recommend for your visit.

I had the best time here! I would definitely stay here again. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean with a nice pool and a cute room. The shower has great water pressure and heat too. The beach is a few mins walk. There’s 2 coffee shop cafes on the block. Plus a grocery mart and restaurant and bus stop, all right there. And everything else is up and down the main street the hotel is on. You’re right in the middle of everything, for a great price. You can’t beat it! I highly recommend.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Durch die anliegenden Baustellen war es teilweise etwas laut, aber das kann man nicht ändern. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr schön. Der Strand ist fußläufig in einer Minute erreichbar. Wirklich top Hotel !

Great location - short 5 minute walk to the beach. This part of Miami Beach is more quiet and less crowded but still just a short bike Ride to South Beach. Hotel had a very nice and relaxing vibe. Staff super welcoming and kind. Great breakfast at the hotel restaurant - the Nutella French toast was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

The food was good and there was great service. The pool was clean and well maintained, and a decent size compared to competing hotels. The staff was very nice and made us feel at home. They gave us good recommendations for things to do in Miami. The area is under a lot of construction, but there is a bus right in front of the hotel that goes to all of the main areas you would want to go to in Miami Beach.

The staff at the property were very helpful with check in and let us keep our luggage at their storage room which allowed us to explore freely. Towels are available to bring to the beach and the pool was nice as well. Would highly recommend the hotel for its location and friendliness.

The staff at this property were very helpful and kind throughout my stay. I had stayed at the Nobu prior to arriving here and I can say without a doubt the service and friendliness of the staff here were above and beyond what I experienced at a much more costly hotel. Great job to the management team here and everyone working at this hotel. Thank you.

The staff are so friendly! We knew many of them by name by the end of the trip. Shout out to Lily, Lola, Bianca, and the others that we saw every day. The fact that it’s a small hotel is actually super nice because it feels like a small community. And even though it’s small, it’s still high quality and very professional. 5 minute walk to the beach. 20 min walk to nearby restaurants, or take the free trolly for a 5 min ride. Rooms were super clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Attached restaurant has great food and service. If I come back to Miami I would likely stay here again!

Poor service. No housekeeping included, not even cleaning the trash. Lady in front desk was super rude. Too much noise coming from the aisle, we were next to the elevator and every night and every morning I was awake due to the voices outside. The sink in the bathroom is too small (not funny even you try to joke about it). No drawers in the room. They provide an hotel room but with the service of an apartment room (null)

Had a trip March 2 - 6, 2024. There was MOLD IN THE ROOM!!!! I like the decor of the place the staff are friendly. However, it is an OLD building with a clear musty smell. You can't smell it as much in the lobby, but once you go to the room, you can smell the must. Worst part, you can't even crack open a window. DONT STAY HERE

The hotel is nice. Staff really friendly. The coffee in the bar/restaurant is very very good. The bus (bus 150) at the airport stops in front of the hotel. On the busstop there are several busses that goes to all places you want to visit during your stay in Miami. The room was nice but not quiet. You can hear a lot but for us that wasn't a problem. I like a hard bed, this bed was very very soft, so that a personal preference.

I liked the hotel a lot. The location was great, walking distance to the beach, safe area, easy access to south beach by Uber. The staff could be a little bit more friendly. Also, I was not notified at the time of reservation that the cleaning was not included. I found out too late in my trip, I found it strange that they don't clean the rooms. No big deal, overall this hotel is a really good option.

The location is fantastic, however, the floor in the room was not as clean as I would have liked and the walls are thin and you can hear everything from the other room at night. You might consider bringing headphones.

Amazing experience. The decor of the place is classy. The property is 5 mins walk away from the beach. 5-10 mins away from liquor and grocery store. Bar Luca is just downstairs that has amazing food that we enjoyed. Def must try. Also they have a good selection of drinks in the menu. Happy hour is 5-7PM daily so don’t miss out. South beach and other restaurants are just $5 - $10 Uber away. The room is very clean, staff are extremely friendly. This place is bang for the buck. Definitely recommend this place.
