GREAT LOCATION. ALL THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL ESPECIALLY FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY KIND AND ACCOMMODATING. A/C was turning on making it too cold but they were willing to fix that. There is construction next door but it’s worth dealing with for the LOCATION to the beach. It’s on the beach. Pool is salt water and really warm. They are doing some minor renovations but they have good drinks, cleanliness and kind staff. They are just completing their transition but affordable and comfortable. Good showers and spacious adjoining room set ups. We enjoyed that A LOT! Only Negative is the valet attendant attitudes; Hilton needs to take over that entity or train them as Hilton staff. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Lots of water for you stay hydrated and to refill your water bottles. We would stay again.

Very unhappy with the hotel. Will not be returning nor recommending. I was charged a crazy amount for a hotel that didn’t deliver. I was in the top floor and the garbage coming out the elevator was always full and smelling like dirty diapers, even though I let the staff know, nothing was ever done….reminded again at check out. I used the gym but was unable to fill the water bottles you charged me $35 a day for because the water machine was always broken. I went to get breakfast and waiting over 40 min for a simple granola bowl as I watched other costumers that came after me be served. Beach and pool access was closed, but this was not mentioned when booked. Not worth at all what I paid and will not return….def will be giving bad reviews.

My husband and three older children stayed here for 2 days and we were so excited to stay in a nicer hotel on Miami Beach. We were frustrated with the wait staff at the restaurant…we ate there 2 times and got drinks many times and the wait staff was slow and unfriendly. The most frustrating part was the loud construction happening at the hotel right next door. We sat at the restaurant patio to eat breakfast and the jack hammer was on constantly while we were trying to eat and have conversations. I’m not sure we’d stay there again.

The room was lovely the view to die for, the construction nextdoor actually the dual jack hammers at building next to us and the jackhammer at the pool on 1st floor was loud. But we had a goodtime and the location was good. The beds were excellent would buy the down pillows for home.

Construction on site and on surrounding property, steady traffic on road. Otherwise oceanfront two bed suite was wonderful clean spacious beautiful view from balcony and love the water bottles. Free two hour bike rental and nice boardwalk access. Elevated pool on third floor very relaxing. Beach access pool was closed for renovation. Front desk staff and valet great service.

The staff eas nice. The property on the other hand i would not go back to. The rooms were not great. We had to change rooms. Did not hsvr access to one of the pools because they were redoing it. It was bery noisey. They should have given me a discount

We expected better service, accommodations, and conditions of the property from Hilton……. First, the room was very small, the bathroom was not in good condition, the shower door was not closing completely, the toilet was leaking and generally, everything was worn off … second, two buildings on both sides of the property were going through major renovations (with concrete drilling etc.), and the noise was unbearable. you can hear it from the room, the common areas, the bar, and pool….. until 5 pm every day…not what we were hoping to get on vacation…it was never mentioned anywhere when we booked it, otherwise, we would not choose this hotel. and the “cherry on top” was the broken elevator on the last day. the hotel had two functional elevators, and it was not really enough too, but we ended up waiting for 30 min to get out from the 8th floor with 4 suitcases and 2 kids, so our Uber to the airport charged us for waiting….…. disaster.

Clean, staff was excellent. Easy beach access. A couple days there was only luke warm water in the shower and the shower door doesn’t completely seal so there was always water on the floor, enough to soak a towel. Overall a great property with great staff.

We had a very nice stay overall, the cleanliness and comfortability of the room was great! However, we stayed in an accessible room and we were slightly disappointed by the overall accessibility. Firstly, there was a large lip on the floor to exit to the balcony that was not wheelchair accessible. Secondly, the shower was slightly inconvenient, as it spread water everywhere. Lastly, our fridge did not work and we never received service to fix it.

I really liked this property. Clean, perfect location and a lot of activities on the property. Restaurant was also good but pricey. Two pools and hot tub but one was closed they also had beach access!

Beach access is great! However, only valet parking is available ($50 per day!) and the hotel hallways, elevators and rooms show a lot of wear. The lobby was disjointed with no flow and several of the machines were inoperable in the exercise room.

Private beach at the property was very convenient with kids, heated pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing. Hotel was clean and tidy. Bus stop was right opposite the hotel. Overall a good stay.

Overall we had a great stay. Unfortunately when we arrived early only one room was ready and we were told the other would be ready by 4PM. We weren’t able to get into our room till around 5pm. The bathroom door was broke so we ended up having to move rooms.

Digital check in and room keys prior to arrival. Nice! Our extended stay proved our experience wasn’t a fluke. Great hospitality and all around service. 2 pools with plenty of seating plus the beach and Hiltons amenities there were second to none! Free beach chairs along with bikes. Very well ran property. If you want to be right on the beach with pool options, hot tub and gym then this is a right place. The hotel is very modern, clean and the staff is very nice and helpful!

There were no drinking glasses in the room, it was noisey at night, I received a key to a room that was already occupied and then had to wait 45 minutes after the "guaranteed" check in time for a vacant room. This was despite of the fact that I asked for an early check in time at the time of booking. I did receive a voucher for a continental breakfast at the hotel restaurant for having to wait so long for a vacant room, but the attitude of customer service at the front desk was very sub par. Also, the bathroom towels were small. I could probably go on and on about the substandard service at this hotel. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel.

We have party of three people, I reserved a one bedroom suite. The second bed is sofa bed and it needs to be set up. I sent text messages many times, the staff said they don't have people to help set up my bed. The coffee table in front of the sofa is very heavy, I managed to move it away, but the sofa bed is very heavy, I couldn't open it my self. I have send them multiple messages again, it is almost midnight, I have an early morning flight to catch up. Finally done one come at 12:02am to help me get me bed set up. Also the second bathroom has a pocket door. When I close the door from inside, I cannot open it. I had to reach to the bottom of the door, put the door out then open. Very frustrating experience.
