TRASH CHUTE
Where to put the garbage?
There is a Trash Chute in the room next to the elevators. Please use the chute for all garbage bags. Package boxes and bigger items can be left aside in the Garbage Room, as soon as they are clean and odorless.

SMOKING
Can I smoke in the balcony?
Please do NOT smoke in any space of the building. Not even permitted in the common areas, balcony, stairs, swimming pool area. Unfortunately for smokers, this is a smoke-free building.

Is it permitted to vape?
E-cigarettes, weed and tobacco are equally not permitted. Severe fines may apply.

PETS
Can we take our little family pet with us?
We do love pets; however, pets are unfortunately not allowed in this temporary rental apartment. We are sorry! Penalties may apply.

BROKEN ITEMS
What should I do if something breaks during my stay?
We strongly suggest to report the missing/broken item (whichever the nature of the break is) immediately, as soon as you can and before you leave. One of your reps will help you find the replacement or guide you thru the reparation process/ nicely inform you the cost.
Otherwise, we will find the damages immediately after you leave and we will start the Airbnb process, which will be more expensive for you. The following charges will apply:
- Item(s) value + Maintenance service fee + Shipping costs + Administration fees
Replacement of any missing or broken object will be reported to Airbnb immediately and charges will apply. Kindly let us know before you leave, so we can guide you in case you have the chance to get the replacement by yourself, at a lower cost.

POOL RULES
No glassware, no food. Pool towels must be returned at the exit. Opening hours from sunrise to sunset. Speakers are not allowed. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

GYM RULES
Opening hours from 6AM to 10PM. Use sportswear all the time. Gym towel is mandatory and must be returned at gym exit. Only 18+ years are allowed in the gym area.

GENERAL BUILDING RULES
Must wear shirt and fully dressed up, in shoes to enter the building. Must not enter with wet clothes or feet. Smoking is not permitted in common areas. Do not wear swimsuit other than in pool area.
Parking in the ground floor is not permitted.
Be patient with the elevators waiting time in check-in and check-out hours. Do not press UP or DOWN buttons simultaneously. Just press the button in the direction you need.
Be gentle to Condo personnel and to other guests.
Supermarket carts are not permitted inside the building. Please leave them in the supermarket parking area.
Follow building signs to meet other general rules.

CLEANING SERVICE:
This rental is not a services apartment. Deep cleaning is made at every guest check-out. Cleaning is available at a lower rate if you

CHECK-IN TIME
4PM is the regular check-in time. If your arrival time is earlier, you can request an early check-in with additional cost. Please let one of our reps, according to the check-in time, they will inform you the cost.

CHECK-OUT TIME
Please prepare yourself to check-out at 10AM. Cleaning Company may come in anytime after check-out in order to get the room ready for the next reservation. Violation to this rule will be charged accordingly.

LATE CHECK-OUT
If you need more time in the apartment, please ask one of our reps for availability and they will inform you the additional cost.

BE QUIET: making laud noises, using speakers or music equipments is not allowed. Please be respectful to other when in the apartment and in the common areas.

PARKING
Valet parking services at the building. Here are the rates:
- 1-7 Nights: $28 + Tax per day
- 8-14 Nights: $25 + Tax per day
- 15-21 Nights: $20 + Tax per day
- 21+ Nights: $15 + Tax per day

PARTIES/INVITEES
Always respect the number of guests declared in the reservation. Other parties are not allowed to stay in the property. Please

RENTED BIKES
BeachWalk promenade bikes can be rented by the hour.

BEACH SUTTLE
BeachWalk Beach Shuttle service is complimentary. Service will run from 8AM to 5PM. Tips to the driver are welcome.

FYI: RESORT FEE
Please be aware that the condominium Beachwalk Resort charges to all rentals a daily fee. Please note this fee shall be paid at the Front Desk upon arrival.
Please apply accordingly to the length of your desired stay:
$30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional days
