The Space:

A sophisticated and spacious 1,069 sq ft (100 sqm) 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury residence on the 11th floor of the iconic Flamingo South Beach South Tower — with direct Biscayne Bay views from every angle.

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed with an ensuite bathroom, a Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace featuring a desk and an ergonomic chair.



Guest Room: 2 Queen Beds and a Smart TV.



Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests (2 per bedroom)

🚗 Parking

$353.10 per 3-month period (North Tower parking):

This is a flat rate regardless of whether you stay 1 month or 3 months

Note: The parking garage is located in the North Tower — a short walk across the compound's beautiful grounds. The Flamingo is a large 16.5-acre property so factor in a few extra minutes to reach your vehicle.

Sanitization: The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to every reservation to ensure a safe and pristine environment for your stay.

Tropical Climate: This property receives professional pest control treatments monthly. However, due to Miami’s hot, humid, and tropical weather, it is still possible to occasionally encounter native insects despite our strict maintenance.
