Ok, but not as fancy as it might seem
Ok, but not very luxurious. Nice service, cleaning not superb (hair in the bathroom cabinets, pieces of something on the floors), and the room was too simplistic. No color and no decorations, it was quite an awkward style of decorating a large room.

Hotellille ajorampin loytaminen oli hieman hankalaa kiireisten kortteleiden valissa. Muutenkin kaikki oli sekalaisessa tilassa remontin alla ja kommunikointi asiakkaille puutteellista. Huone oli hieno, korkea, siisti ja 12. kerroksessa liikenteen melu ei haitannut. Huoneessa merelle pain lasiseina joka aukesi parvekkeelle liukuovin. Siisti ja moderni.

The staff was excellent and the property is beautiful. Having direct, private transport to South Beach was very convenient. We paid extra for the Bay View but was really unable to see it because our room was on a lower level. And some of the advertised amenities you had to request, but the staff was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Where I was located was not walkable to anything. My balcony view was not how it was described on the website. They have zero microwaves on this entire property. The staff did not answer the phone that much. I had to actually walk downstairs for the price you paid the rooms aren’t all of that. They’re not that big. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, your essentially pigeon hold into paying for the in-house valet because there is absolutely nowhere to park within a five minute walking radius from the hotel. For what it’s worth I should have just got me a hotel actually on Ocean Drive because for whatyou pay it’s not that great . I guess you’re paying for location but nothing is even around walking distance too much for you to really enjoy so you have to either Uber or drive. I won’t ever be coming back.

The hotel is fairly centrally located in the city which makes it easy enough to be 10/15 minutes ride share service/taxi to most popular locations within the city such as South Beach, Brickell, Design District & Wynwood. Bayside Marketplace, Kaseya Center, Adrienne Arsht, Frost Science, Art Perez are within 10 minutes walking distance which offer some great attractions, restaurants & shopping.

Wow, wow, wow! We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff in particular were fantastic, kind and helpful. Ricardo is a gem, along with everyone else we encountered there. We loved the size of the room, the view, lovely fitness centre and sauna/steam rooms. Pool and hot tubs were great as well, and lots of little lounge areas outside to enjoy the view even if you don't have your own room balcony. Will stay again, we loved it!

I was extremely disappointed in this property! Upon check in I was given a dirty room and then they tried to give me another one to move me into! I then had to go all the way back to the front desk for a resolve after an extremely long flight! Room service never answers and when I finally placed an order with the front desk attendant they got it wrong! Not to mention I was overcharged! $61 for guac and chicken tenders and fries😒?? Like be so for real! the only thing good about this hotel is the location! It was close to everything. Honorable mention, Steven the bellhop supervisor ! He was really the only helpful staff member and he definitely went above and beyond for us ! Steven is the only reason this place gets 1 star because honestly I would give it zero! 👎

It is a great location to explore the museums and such downtown. The valet is easy and the view is great. The front desk at check in wasn’t super informative that one of the main restaurants was not open nor was the pool bar. The one place to eat had poor service. Three people were standing around with only one person taking orders. It took over 20 minutes to put our order in. There wasn’t much in the way of hot water. But the room was comfortable!

The location was the best. I didnt like the "urban fee" and the complexity about it. I didnt like that the toilet room doesnt have lock and that the shower room the door is clear.

The staff was excellent and we really enjoyed the fitness center and pool area, especially the hot tub and cold plunge. The restaurant was also very good. Only downside was that our room could've used some TLC, as it was lacking a few items we've come to expect from nice hotels.

Five star pricing, two star room.
Nice lobby, great location, room was what you’d expect at a $90 a night Baymont Inn. Rusty bathtub, peeling caulk, chipped furniture. For $400+ a night, you should expect a lot more. I certainly did.

Given the downtown location, noise is inevitable, for which the design of the hotel has to accommodate and mitigate. I found the noise created by the adjacent highway to be excessive and constant, (day and night). The use of so much glass and aluminum in the finish of the rooms, without the ability to block out the lights at night, makes the stay less than ideal and not restful.

Al parecer el hotel carece de un gerente, o hace muy mal su trabajo. Dos días no nos hicieron el cuarto, y otros dos días no nos dejaban ni crema para el cuerpo ni toallas. El servicio de sus centros de consumo (restaurantes) es funesto. Siempre tardan o no hay comida. Es el peor hotel con costo -beneficio. MALO Y CARO

I loved this place and I had an amazing view. I gave 4 stars on staff & service because they took forever bringing towels. They only had 1 wash rag, 1 hand rag and 1 towel. I at least need 1 was rag for my face and body.
