Please follow check out instructions. 5 WHENEVER YOU LEAVE the property rise the air conditioning to 74° do not lower the AC below 70 as it causes the air conditioning to freeze and then there will be no air conditioning. 6 Do not park on the grass. There are sprinklers that will be damaged YOU WILL BE RESPONBSIBLE FOR. Only park on the driveway or on the side front of the street. 7 NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property smoking is allowed by the canal or in the front of the home. Any smoking in the home will cause you to have a $500 PLUS damage security for smoking removal products and services. 8 this is a beautiful home treated respectfully so you do not receive any kind of damage cost.
