”The hotel was great! Our room had a little balcony. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good size. The breakfast was fresh, with lots of options of meats, cheeses, breads, yogurt, and the staff prepared eggs of choice. Parking was available, But very tight spaces. The restaurant attached, for supper, was only okay. Walking into the town was so easy and there were lots of great restaurants nearby. We drove into Heidelburg old town and visited the castle during the days and it was a lovely...

"Good hotel with few issues. Shower water was cold and not warm enough to have a comfortable shower. This was biggest minus. Hotel at this caliber should have warm water. I ran tap for 10 minutes on all settings but no warm water. Also check in was slow and took over 30 mins to get a room. They should hire more staff. Hotel in general is new and staff is polite. "
