My booking included free trasnportation from and to airport and it was never honored and we had to spend $300 in transportation since hotel is 2 hours from airport, staff at reception was never able to answer my questions and kept saying it had been a mistake. The entretainment team, restaurants manager and bartenders where great!

I rate this propery a 0. The place is complete mess. It makes you second guess where you are staying. The conditions definitely felt like I was at a motel The food wasn't good either.

Love this place!
We had a blast! Food was good, pool side games daring, sexy, and fun. Nightly shows amazing and sexy. Music choices were amazing. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly. Main pool needed some remodeling but other than that We would stay again and are sad the property is closing.

Guests should be prepared to pay extra for transport to and from resort, resort is 1 hour and 20 minutes from PUJ airport. The food was not good, the food at Flame was and Sutra was the best thing hitting

First i want to say the staff, waitresses, waiters and entertainment was great. They did a amazing job. 5 stars from me. The resort stay was ok. The food was pretty mid. The buffet hall didn't have a lot of choices, going day to day. I did have a good beef filet from 1 of the restaurants. I did not check out the sushi restaurant wasn't really interested. The pool needs work. Tile was missing from certain parts of the pool. The beach was beautiful but had sand fleas. Check in and check out was smooth, short wait no issues. The alcohol was not for me. I'm more of a top shelf drinker, to each its own. The airport is a 1 hour and a 1/2 away from the resort. If it wasn't for the entertainment and staf i wouldn't go back. Overall a good place just needs some work.

The resort is extremely nice & clean but our room was broken into by one of the guest and all we got was a downgrade to a smaller room with just a plain apology . We were asleep not dressed and the person kicked the door open, lock was broken and when he noticed people were in the room he ran away . No security at sight and my husband had to get dress and walk all the way to front desk . I was in the room scared. The phone in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk . While the door is broken and had to be kept open , the technicians are in there fixing the phone so we can’t shower get dressed or anything . The phone took 2hrs to get fixed and another 1hr to finally get a smaller room . The smaller room ,the fridge was not restocked properly with no champagne . Just a pain we had for the last couple days there

If i can give a negative 5 i would. The service has been horrible. You have to make reservations for the nice restaurants per day and wait for 2 hours to do the reservation , to then be told that it is full. The food in the buffet sucks. Ate some meat from the buffet and it made me sick. The activities suck. The only good activity was the foam in the pool. They even close the buffet during the week and you are forced to order room service which they charge per service. If it wasn't that the flights were so expensive I would have left already. This has been a nightmare.. And don't bother asking for a Manager there are none. The bartender Estailyn was awesome.

Mal servicios restaurantes, lobby, piscinas, habitación( nos sentamos en la cama en el borde el primer día y se rompió. Room services es lo mejorcito que tenía ya que fue lo único que pude comer en dos días. Ya que los restaurantes como el intaliano nos sentaron y 2 horas después tuve que irme a la habitación por qué los spaghetti que es una comida ligeramente rápida no salía. En el FLAME supuestamente un restaurante a la carta. Parecía un comedor de empleados. Los taxis súper caros. Las excursiones que son las mismas mucho más caro. Y servicio de recepción a la llegada pésimo ya que la chica ni el wifi nos brindó. Tuve que salir un día antes y mi dinero de depósito me lo dieron en el momento y después al otro día me lo retiraron. Mala experiencia. O mejor dicho TERRIBLE. Mi habitación 2120. Gracias

Honest Review Pros It has fun adult atmosphere. Solid food selections for dinner. Huge rooms/shower. Friendly staff. Good gym. Cons It took 1hr 30min to check in. I arrived at 6pm. The don’t have enough beach chairs which causes people to wake up early to secure chairs. The Maid service cleaning the room could improve, they never restock missing items water, beer, toilet paper etc. I

Disgusting work of the administration! There are few staff, the service suffers, they are poorly trained (they grab clients, talk to clients in jargon), there was no choice for the New Year's table (5 rice dishes), it is impossible to find a service to pick you up from the underground parking, the elevators do not function, it is impossible to find coffee, tea in more than one restaurant. Change administration and recruit staff!!!!
