  • Oikealle ulos satu, tämä ihana ranta bungalow on valoisa ja ilmava. Avaa ranskalaiset ovet grand turvatarkastus kuisti! Kaksi Master sviittiä päätaso on queen-vuoteet ja kaunis kylpyjä. Kolmas makuuhuone p��ätaso on 2 erillistä vuodetta. Kerrossänky huone on 2 Queen pohja / Twin Top punkkaa oma 3/4 kylpyhuone ja parveke ilmiöm��inen näkymät keinona. Tämä yläkerran makuuhuoneessa tilaa yksin voi nukkua perheen 6 tai käytett����väksi lapsille tilaa. Avoin parvi yläpuolella suuri huone tarjoaa lisäksi kaksi erillistä s��nkyä asetettu. Keittiö ja kylpyhuoneet ovat state-of-the-art kauniit graniitti, lasi, ja keraamisten laattojen. Olohuoneessa on taulu, sininen ray-soittimen, ja pöyt��tietokone tulostimeen. Mikä voi olla paras ominaisuus kuin haluat on tärkein taso kuisti. Se on massiivinen, kiertyy ja avautuu dyyni ruoho. T�����mä koti sijaitsee aivan keskellä Beachwalk tekee siitä täydellisen paikka olla l��hell�� kaikkea, ranta, uima-allas, järvi Kai, ja lisää on vain muutaman askeleen päässä! Only issues are the grill needs to go or the gas tank needs to be positioned in a dofferent spot. A permanent grease pan needs to be put under grill as the gas tank is under the grill. Air pump for pool/lake toys/soccer ball etc and a couple of the hot tub jets don't work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As you Wish was a great rental, and so handy to the pool and tennis courts. The interior is lovely and clean. The only small issue is that every bathroom is part of an ensuite, which can be a bit challenging for those staying in the twin beds room or loft. Privacy can be an issue for the bathroom closest to the greatroom, since there is a bedroom that can only be accessed through that bathroom. The wraparound deck is delightful, the kitchen spacious and well-equipped and the upstairs bedroom is adorable and has its own deck. The house is well supplied with games, puzzles, and lots of books -- many recent bestsellers! We did ask to have the poison ivy at the entrance removed, which was done promptly, but there was more further back off the main walkway that I'm concerned may spread.

The house was clean for the most part but by mid July it needed a more thorough cleaning. Example the floors were filthy black the screened in porch was messy and lots of broken water toys and rafts the windows had water marks and fingerprints all over. I’m sure the cleaning crew doesn’t have enough time to address anything but a basic clean.

As You Wish Review August 7th-14th

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As You Wish Vacation Rental is in need of improvement.For 1 week we spent $6500.00. The following conditions need to be addressed in order to bring it up to that level. 1. Remove the BLACK MOLD from master bedroom shower.2. The same shower takes at least 15 minutes to receive hot water.3. The hot tub needs to be fixed/maintained it won’t get hotter than 85 degrees4. The ice maker in the fridge will give no more than 2 cups of ice.5. The handle on the freezer door is loose.6. The light on the porch above the picnic table is burned out.7. The light over the kitchen table is burned out.8. The door in the master bedroom needs a doorstop the door is making a hole in the wall.9. The grill needs to be replaced. There is no ignition switch and a set of burners on the far left side dose t work. This is a SAFETY HAZARD.10. The shower to rinse off the sand on the rear porch is turned off. This allows more sand to be tracked in your investment.11. The food disposal in the sink is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The same goes for your grill. 12. For your top dollar price of $6500.00 could you consider providing a golf cart.13. Also, we didn’t receive a beach cart until Wednesday. That made lugging all of our belongings to the beach quite difficult.I hope this helps the owner maintains their investment. A refund of $1000.00 would also be appreciated.Thank youJim Regan

Great Lake Michigan Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great locale, easy walk to Lake Michigan and amenities. Loved the free kayaks and paddle boards. Pool is nice but undersized for the property. Bicycle rental available on site. Several playground options for kids. Well stocked grocery 5 minute drive. House is nicely situated on a corner with large screened porch that includes seating area and hot tub. Comfortable beds, large dining table and kitchenware accomodate 12. Three full bathrooms, large lounge space all very clean and in good shape. Towels provided for everyday use but not for the beach, however there were several beach chairs, kids toys, a cart and a raft. Check in very easy- office 2 minutes walk and staff very helpful and informative. The management company was communicative and responded quickly. Would definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best features of this house were the location, the large porch, and the adequate parking. While the bathrooms and kitchen had clearly been updated, the layout was very quirky. None of the bathrooms was accessible from the hallway, so you had to walk through two of the three ensuite bathrooms to get to the bedrooms. Then there really was only one master, as the second so-called master was very tiny, and you had to walk through the bathroom to get to it. In addition, the fourth bedroom wasn't air-conditioned and was on a floor by itself. Also, there wasn't really a view, and the window of the second master was right next to someone's porch, so there was noise at night.

I would not recommend this property and would never stay here again. The one pro to this property is that the location is great, close to the pool, beachwalk and shops, but still on a quiet street. We were so disappointed with how dirty the house was, we spent the first hour of our vacation wiping down the screened in porch furniture and tile flooring on the interior. There were cobwebs everywhere. The mattresses in every room were so uncomfortable, with very thin sheets.

As You Wish was NOT As I'd Wish

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Beachwalk Resort before and were extremely happy. This stay was not the case. The resort does a lovely job and the beach and swimming pool are awesome places for family fun. The property failed. When you rent a house that sleeps 10 and has a dining table for 10+, you’d expect to have place settings for at least 10. We had 7 dinner plates, 4-5 bowls and only a few small plates. Totally unacceptable. There were no teaspoons for the children to eat cereal. The wrap around porch is lovely and would have been nice to dine on if there had been a table out there that wasn’t child sized. And speaking of tables, the inside mammoth dining table is not reducible in size meaning no leaves. It seems to be two 4x6 tables screwed together so it’s about 8x12. It’s virtually impossible to even pass food across at dinner and IS impossible to play board games on!One “master” suite has ZERO privacy with French doors open to the porch with ill-fitting blinds that leave gaps on the sides. Plus, you share bathroom with everybody in the house since it’s the only bath open to the main area. The other master has a ridiculous closet with no hanging area? Didn’t understand that at all. The bathroom’s remarkable spa tub risks death to utilize. Whoever designed this thing was a contortionist with extra-long limbs. All bathrooms lacked any place to put your stuff. It would be nice to have some shelves for toiletries, hooks for hand towels/clothes, etc. Just was not accommodating. The upstairs balcony was unusable as was the outdoor shower. The screen door to the balcony was completely broken out so you couldn’t leave the door open to get a breeze for sleeping. The norm seems to be no mowing so no playing in the yard. With small children, it would have been nice to let them play inside the fence but that was impossible. The living room furniture is great for young but is impossible for gramps who can’t

We love the location of this property and the large screened-in porch is one of our favorite features. We love to cook, and some of the kitchen items are less than ideal (knives, cutting boards, pots and pans), and we wish there was a better outdoor eating area besides the small picnic table. Another awesome family vacation!!!

Couldn't find any instructions for it and didn't know who to call.

Labor Day Weekend family reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at BeachWalk several times before. This time the atmosphere seemed much more Party like and there seemed to be alot of drinking in the public areas. We will probably never stay over a holiday weekend again. There was no pool attendant except for the early morning hours. The house seemed partially cleaned. The floors were extremely dirty. We all had black feet the first night and I had to mop over the floors twice and that helped. There were several lights that were burnt out too. The large master suite, large wrap around porch and the granite kitchen were huge positives.

Beauty despite overgrown weeds and bushes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once we got past the overgrown front yard, we discovered a beautiful home. Other reviewers commented on the lack of landscaping and were told it was sea grass. But in fact there is very little sea grass because it has been choked out by the weeds, overgrown bushes and trees. But the wonderful screened porch, comfortable, homey interior and updated kitchen and baths made us forget about the unkempt front yard.

Summer vacation at As You Wish

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent another week this year at As You Wish with kids and grandkids. Lots for all to do. Some love the beach, some love the pool, others just sit on the expansive screen porch and relax. We used the parks, fished, kayaking and paddle boarding, took long walks and bike rides. Kitchen missing a cork screw - be sure to bring your own. But stores are close by to pick up anything needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week in Beachwalk! Great location, perfect sized home for two families with kids. We loved the neighborhood and the beach was absolutely gorgeous! Our only complaints were with the kitchen supplies...better cutting boards and knives are a neccesity.
