Alegria on viehÀttÀvÀ rantamökki, joka sijaitsee Sheridan BeachillÀ. TÀmÀ suloinen 4 makuuhuoneen + parvi, 3 kylpy vuokraus on tÀydellinen loma lomallesi! TÀmÀ pieni jalokivi sijaitsee vain 2 korttelin pÀÀssÀ Michigan-jÀrven parhaalta rannalta! Avaa oven mukava olohuone, joka on kastettu auringonvalossa ja toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi hetkeksi, kun kÀvelet oven lÀpi! Makuuhuoneessa on pÀÀkerroksessa tÀysi kylpyamme. Toisessa tarinassa on tÀysi kylpyamme, iso, valoisa parvi (TV / DVD), joka nukkuu viisi - hienoa lapsille! Parvella on toinen makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode ja ranskalaiset ovet yksityiskansille. PÀivitetty keittiö on tÀysin varustettu, tilava ruokailutila ja istuimet koko jengiin. Kellarissa on erillinen olohuone, kaksi makuuhuonetta (nukkua 6 helposti) ja kylpyhuone suihkulla. Mutta mikÀ on Alegrialle todella ainutlaatuista, on ulkotila, jossa olet tÀysin puiden ja kÀvelypolkujen ympÀröimÀ, tarjoamalla yksityisyyttÀ ja seesteisyyttÀ. We are a family of 7 (including grandma and grandpa) from the Indy area. We think of Allegra as a very good choice as a beach house. There is plenty of space and beds, although we did not use the basement rooms much for lack of good ventilation (AC/openable windows). Having 3 bathrooms was very convenient and also plenty of bath towels (no beach towels are provided though). At the entrance, a very sensitive smoke detector (close to the chimney) activated every time I tried to fry something.Perfect location, easy access to the large beach. The provided kids' wagon and the beach chairs were a nice plus. The kitchen was well furnished, but a pantry/storage space would have been appreciated. We spotted deer in the backyard almost every day.Communication via app was a bit slow, but the manager stopped by to replace the garbage bin, tablecloth, and deck chairs.Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

This house was close to perfect for us - three families with kids sharing a getaway. We walked to the beach, to the zoo, and to the lighthouse. A short drive to the dunes and outlet mall. Great living and dining space. The big table doubled for evening games. The kitchen worked well - we fixed all our meals at the house. Great to have a dishwasher. The first and second floor sleeping spaces are wonderful. The basement ... is still a basement, and the bedrooms down there are certainly functional, but not as inviting as the others. Very helpful to have three bathrooms! We were very satisfied!

Great space that easily accommodated our family of 16. Nice backyard deck in quiet wooded setting. Our kids loved exploring the woods behind the house. Nicely decorated space and well equipped kitchen. Walk to beach was manageable with small kids and wagons. Great memories created!

Home was clean and had everything you need for your stay. Well stocked kitchen, gas grill. Private back deck. Walk to the beach on Lake Michigan and had beach chairs that can be used. The only downfall is there really is no yard for the kids to play in. We spent a lot of time at the beach and had a wonderful family vacation.

Great house for our group to spend the weekend catching up and relaxing! Really enjoyed the extra bonus of watching three deer in the back yard every morning during breakfast after we enjoying the quick stroll down to the beach.

This house was perfect for our family of 13.House was very spacious and clean.We enjoyed our afternoon short walk to the beach,and enjoyed the beautiful sunset and views.We enjoyed the parks and the zoo near by as well.The deck was nice too and loved seeing the wild tukeys in the morning near the hill behind the house.Overall this house was perfect and relaxing for our weekend getaway!Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.We will definitely be back!

Our families second visit to the area and we brought friends along with us this time! Perfect location for us- short trip to the amazing zoo, walked on the pier and the kids loved the beach (even though it was kinda cold& windy), and had an amazing lunch at Dunebillies. The back deck was great and we saw deer on the hill behind us every morning and evening.

The property was easy to find. It was in close proximity to the beach, the zoo, a large park, and other places of interests. We had a good size group and there was ample space for everyone. Parking was limited but the neighborhood was quiet, and the people around the area were very accommodating it solved our parking issue. Todd was really quick to respond to our inquiries and request.

This was a wonderful family vacation place. My daughter and her husband, my son and his wife, myself (grandma) and my 10 grandchildren had a great time, with plenty of room to sleep. Some of the beds weren’t the best. The queen bed in the loft was like sleeping on the floor according to the couple that slept on it. We took the foam topper off a bed in the basement and put it on the bed in the loft, which helped. The 2 metal bunk beds squeaked so the mattresses were put on the floor. The dryer squealed loudly, so we just made sure to run it only during the day and kept the door shut. The tub and shower in the loft area had some mold on the caulking around the tub and on the shower curtain, which was torn. We loved sitting on the deck, especially in the evening. The house next door had occupants on a couple of the days that we were there, which was no problem until they started smoking marijuana, which drove us indoors. In spite of these things, which I am positive that they will fix now that know about them, our stay was great and we would return.

The house worked perfectly for our 4 families. The kitchen was exceedingly well supplied. The proximity to the beach was great. We loved the deck and backyard especially the treehouse! The yard could use a little work there is a large limb hanging from a tree that should come down and the deck flowers and beach chairs had been neglected but we cleaned it up and enjoyed all of it. We’ve been staying in the area for 3 years now and we all felt this house served us the best. Thank you Todd!!

Alegria is well maintained and furnished. We enjoyed the close walk to the beach, which is huge and fun!! The private back yard is great for early morning coffee and evening dinner and relaxation. So enjoyable!

Very nice and very roomy. Loved the long table and multiple seating areas! Most of the beds were comfortable. Beach was a pretty short walk. We enjoyed it.
