”Overall stay was great! could use a deep clean but it was ok.”

The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. ”On my visit the cleaning staff forgot to clean the room for 1 day out of my 9 day stay or they forgot to put soup or a shower mat back in the room after cleaning. This hotel is good only just for sleeping and not to stay and enjoy the pool or to relax at. The Jamaican breakfast was delicious although the portions were small and the staff was friendly and professional. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. ”From the beginning to the end was horrible. There was no hot water in the shower I had to use two cups to catch hot water from the sink to bath. If you turn the shower on water would be sprinkling out the shower onto the floor and wall. The shower curtain and shower was all moldy. The walls was dirty and the bed spread had brown stains.
