”The room was clean and comfortable my only issue was the air conditioning didn’t work and when I went down to the lobby to get my problems resolved they just turn my air conditioning off… contacting the front desk was a task, the room phone didn’t work and nobody answered when I called off my phone.

”The hotel was blocked off by police and the staff told us we were unable to leave because they couldn’t get our car from valet. The entire hotel was shaking with the loud sound systems and people partying and blocking the streets and traffic. Hotel was no help and the police could not get a handle on the situation. We literally were trapped with no way to leave and no way to sleep, noise didn’t stop until close to 6am!”
