The Space:

Upon arrival at Ardea Home, situated in the Zee & Polder holiday domain, you immediately discover a cosy and warmly decorated holiday house. You enter directly into the snug, light-filled living room with open-plan kitchen. Thanks to the large sliding window, the space is flooded with natural light and provides direct access to the sunny terrace and the fully enclosed garden, equipped with garden furniture and a sun awning.



The open kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare a delicious meal for your travel companions as soon as you arrive. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical storage room with a washing machine, freely available during your stay.



On the ground floor, there is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, TV and wardrobe space. You will also find a bathroom with a shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet in the entrance hall.



On the upper floor, there are two similar bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. In total, the house offers three full-sized bedrooms for six people.



Ardea Home includes one private parking space, included in the price.



Ardea Home is ideally located in the triangle of sea, polders and city. You can enjoy peace and relaxation within walking and cycling distance of the beach and dunes. Within the domain, there is a playground, pétanque courts, table tennis tables and a volleyball court. Along the edge of the domain, you also have an open view of the Schuddebeurze nature reserve. Nieuwpoort is close by (2.5 km) and invites you to enjoy a pleasant walk or bike ride along the canal, with numerous shops and restaurants.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
