Seanita is a sea view apartment located in Westende, Middelkerke. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers a magnificent view over the beach and the sea. Seanita has a fully equipped kitchen with all its utilities. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and sink. From the balcony of Seanita you can enjoy sunsets during beautiful summer evenings.

The Space:
Upon arrival at Seanita you enter the open living room with kitchen where the beautiful sea view immediately catches your attention.

Seanita has a cozy living room with open kitchen. This kitchen is fully equipped, including a toaster, dishwasher, freezer, oven, ... At the wooden dining table you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner. From this room you have direct access to the balcony of the apartment.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment. Both bedrooms have a double bed. Furthermore, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for 1 person.

The bathroom was completely renovated and features a spacious walk-in shower, sink and large mirror.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
