Studio located on the 1st floor with sleeping area (double bed).  Furthermore, there is a spacious living room (sofa bed for 2 persons), full-width wall-to-wall windows allowing you to enjoy plenty of light and see the sea. There is a half-open kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. The sleeping area can be closed off from the living room. This residence is particularly well located, within walking distance of shops, tram stop, and right on the Zeedijk and the beach!  Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own. A security deposit of EUR 135,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
