Summary:
Zeeanemoon is a cozy holiday home in seaside resort Westende-Middelkerke. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the perfect place for a nice family vacation or outing with friends! The house is within walking distance of the beach.

The Space:
Holiday home Zeeanemoon has a living room with lots of light! Here you can relax with the whole family!

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can easily prepare a delicious meal. The dining area has a spacious table with 6 chairs.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds and 1x bunk bed).

There is 1 bathroom in the house with shower, sink and toilet.

You can also enjoy a snack and a drink at the picnic table in the garden, while the children have fun in the playground.

There are parking facilities in the nearby streets of the house.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the vacation home and facilities.

There are parking options in the nearby streets of the property.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.

Voldoende

Het verblijf was in één woord voldoende. Het was oppervlakkig gezien schoon, maar wel op veel spinnenwebben tegen de plafonds. En voorzien van zeer gebrekkige afwerking. Wel was het huisje compleet uitgerust en de omgeving rondom was heerlijk en wel goed onderhouden!
