”Air conditioner worked occasionally, room was uncomfortably warm frequently. Light fixture over bathroom sink also worked occasionally. Missing hardware on cabinet door. Faucet in bathtub constantly dripped and mold was growing in grout under soap holder. Ants and bugs in room. Overall a very poor experience, would not stay again.”

”Adequate hotel for an overnight stay if needed, worth medium dollar. I walked into a slippery wet hotel floor, almost leading to injury, with very loud neighbors that ironically had to be escorted from the property. Although the staff was helpful enough to assist in taking care of these inconveniences, these were issues that I would not have anticipated experiencing, especially what a heavy and damaged/refundable incidental fee upon check-in.”

”Hotel is a little on the dated side. It could use a refreshing but the room was clean and comfortable. Stayed there the night before we left to be close to BWI airport. Staff was friendly. Shuttle service was very good. Breakfast was decent but they need to get away from the instant coffee packets. A couple of eating options relatively close by (McDonalds down the street, kabob place next door, Chipotle and a Dunkin Donuts about a 15 minute walk away). Good for a night or so for people...

”I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”The hotel was very well maintained, friendly staff. The bed was very soft and comfortable, the pillows were soft as well. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body gel and lotion, big tv. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. Big bathroom with plenty of soft towels.
The pool was heated and plenty of towels as well.
Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing time, I would definitely come back to stay here.”
