”Lovely accommodation. Clean quiet and well maintained. I will recommend this property and stay again. It is a shame I hadn’t rebooked here on a return to Toowoomba a week later as this accommodation exceed where other competitor’s accommodation fell terribly short. Well done Laguna apartments. ”

”Room was filled with light at night. Yes I turned off the lights, but that did I not stop light from coming around the door and around the curtains and blinds. Hence sleep was poor. And no I am not a light sleeper. I am a dark sleeper and a light awaker.”

”The room was very nice with the view of the golf courae . The staff was very courteous and welcoming . Great location. The bathrooms could have ne cleaner, there was mold in the bathroom. But overall, great place, good service and excellent location. ”

”Not a good experience booking this property. The property manager didn’t respond to a single message leading up to the stay, so we had no information on the checkin or parking or other questions we had asked. We finally received an automated text message from the property half an hour before checkin time, but still no responses to any questions from the property manager. The apartment was also very dirty in parts, with lots of cobwebs inside showing that it was poorly cleaned. ”

”Always so welcoming and friendly. Accommodating of our early check in for my anxious dog. Have been staying here for a long time and will continue to do so. 100/10!”

”Close to the main rd for access but not close enough for traffic noise. Close to shops. Helpful friendly staff. I would stay there again”

”Looks like very much historical building. And quite clean room which have a all kitchen utility. But no bottle of water or water fountain at all.”

”Problem: You can not control the temperature in your room (not like in any other hotel). It is centrally controlled and I do not like temp they use. It may save them on power bills but I can not sleep at their temp. Will not stay again. I forgot last time I stayed I went down to reception with the same problem. It was freezing and I told them the warmest place was in the lift.”
