”I stayed in a one bedroom deluxe and loved it! The space was nice and clean. The balcony space for people viewing was just I needed. I went for a weekend concert in Nashville and it was literally two block to the arena. Also, about a three block walk to Broadway and the all the bars. There is a breakfast place, Pancake Pantry around the corner which was delicious. The pool on the rooftop was super clean and there were many instagram worthy shots available with the space surrounding the pool ....

”Overall, this place worked out well. It’s not too close, but not too far away from the chaos on Broadway. Located near other big name hotels and a 10 minute walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame”

”The place was nice and easy to get to. It was within walking distance to many places to eat and coffee and the convention center. The only downside was the construction happening at the property next door-it was loud and the noise was heard all day long until the evening time.”

”Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.”

”The only hiccup that occurred was there was no parking pass left in the apartment for us. After texting them we were able to get one from another room. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good - recommend taking pot holders and baking pan if you want to use the oven.”

”We were absolutely blown away by this aparthotel! 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen and washer and dryer. We had so much space and could really relax in a home away from home setting. Beds were comfortable, loved the rainfall showers! Fantastic rooftop area and great place to watch sunset. Location only 5-6 min drive from downtown area. Lots of choices of walkable restaurants in the area. Owners very responsive. Would highly recommend!”

”This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. There is a Taco Bell right under the windows that stays open ultra late, so you hear people talking at all hours of the night. The entire street...

”In the day there were homeless people. But other than everyone was very helpful ”
