”Tracy was a great host I enjoyed talking with her. The loft was great the beds are comfortable very clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay I will definitely be back and this would be my first choice to stay at.”

”Great place! Highly recommend”

”Very nice and clean home. The host was very friendly and good about calling or texting us about whatever was needed. Responded within 5 minutes. The home is very spacious and well maintained. There was a problem with the AC, but Lana came over and fixed the problem. Lots of dinnerware, cups, glasses...etc.We will be booking with her again.”

”The home was clean and spacious. There is not a lot of furniture but we only needed the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and high quality. The home is in a nice neighborhood and felt very secure.”

”The house was very suitable for our stay with family.”

”Only amity was expecting was a grill for cookIng out”

”The house was very clean! The bed was comfortable. We would stay again if we were to go back to Florida!!!”

”Our families enjoyed this lovely home. Everything is clean, the beds are comfy, plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Although it was a little too warm to sit outside, there were several inviting areas on the wrap around shaded porch. The host is very congenial and responsive. We would stay here again.”

”The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. ”

”We had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, communication with the host was excellent, and everything we needed was provided. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

”Home was clean and comfortable. Yard with fence great for dogs. Overall a pleasant experience.”

”Loved the location to shops near by with plenty of options. Stay was cozy and the extra rags on top of the refrigerator was super helpful for cleanup. I would love to stay here again! My kid loved it too ”

”Super cute place! It is a charming old duplex that has been updated. I love that the owners kept what apperas to be some original features like the kitchen sink and the cabinets. ”

”The experience of getting to stay in a historically significant location was great.”

”There was more than enough room for my family of 6. It looks exactly like the pictures. Kat and Geoff were very nice and accomodating. For example, we brought our own cleaning supplies only to find everything you could possibly need already there. Only thing I couldn't find was the iron. I found the ironing board but couldn't find an iron. But, I probably overlooked it because we were running late. Other than that minor hiccup, everything was great. We'd definitely rent here again the next...

”cozy little get away that ticks all the boxes for a clean and comfortable place to stay in the verdant melrose area. would definitely return again!”

”Amazing house to stay in. Very clean and accommodating!! Loved it”

”Perfect place to stay, spacious, has everything you need when away from home, quiet neighborhood & close to shopping & restaurants. Will definitely return.”
