Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located bungalow style farmhouse. This is the perfect gathering place for friends and familu. It is close to LMU, Cumberland Gap National Park, hiking trails, Norris Lake, Airport, ARH Hospital, Pineville Community Hospital, Pine Mountain State Park and many more gathering spots for hot local music venues. The house is completely fenced in with a locked gate. The driveway will allow for 3 cars. Perfect for families and pet friendly also!

When guests arrive they will see top of the house peaking over the wooden fence surrounding the property. When entering the home, guests will be able to enjoy a nice sit on the front porch for relaxation. The front door opens up to an open floor plan, living room and dining room. To the right, there are two bedrooms, one queen size and the other king. To the left, guest will find the restroom. Upstairs is a gather spot for many! It sleeps up to 6 people with three queen sized beds and a small seating area. The kitchen is downstairs in the back of the home where guests can exit out onto a back patio and spacious yard.

Guests may use all parts of the home, with the exception of the closet under the stairs and the closet in the back of the home to the right of the dining area. Both of these are used to store supplies.

The driveway will only allow up to 3 vehicles. Pulling out can prove to be a little challenging, especially if you are backing out. Please use caution.
