The space
HOME FEATURES: Blazing fast 1 GB Wifi, 2 Roku Smart TVs with Youtube/Netflix/Hulu/AppleTV/ enabled (you will need your own login), tons of natural light throughout the home, central AC/heat, master bedroom with stand up desk for remote work, dining table with a stunning overhead chandelier, pool table and ping pong table in our game room with board games.

OUTDOORS: Huge pool with floats, furnished deck w/ dining set, tanning loungers & gas grill (propane provided), landscaped yard, and less than a 10 min drive to the beach (towels, 5 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas provided). Pool is not heated & will be opening in May and closing Oct 1 for the season but the deck and grill will remain available for all your fall cookouts!

KITCHEN: Stocked Kitchen including stainless steel appliances, toaster, microwave, spices, dishware & flatware, Keurig & coffee maker, coffee flavors

GENERAL: Washer/dryer, towels/linens, shampoo, conditioned, bodywash, hair dryer, iron/board, pool/beach towels, and Cornhole.

PARKING: Driveway & Garage (enough space for 6 vehicles) - No street parking allowed, and no blocking of sidewalks permitted.

SAFETY: Alarm on slider doors to prevent children from going outside without adult supervision. Pressing the button on the top right of the slider turns alarm off (and pressing before you head outside will also mute the alarm).

Guests will have full access to the home via our keyless entry system.
Other things to note
In Middletown, as a short term rental, we are not allowed to have more than 10 adults on our property at all times. We do have 3 security cameras on property and will enforce this rule.

Pool will be opening in May for the 2025 season!
