”The room was so clean, much more then many other places I have stayed. The staff was friendly and the pool was very nice. It was a nice location, easy to get to GVSU and then to other places around town. ”

”Will neverstay here again. Room was not very clean, Staff very unhelpful. Tvs only worked 1/2 the time. Other guest very loud throughout the night, including Tvs blaring all night long, guest fighting in the hallways in the middle of the night for well over an hour. Children running up and down the hallway at very early in the morning. ”

”Hotel is brand new, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed on our road trips. Firts we got a room that was not yet ready, staff was a bit confused but it all worked out. Everyone very nice and I think the main thing you need to know is that it is clean clean clean! Breakfast was a bonus, basic but better than most. We just wished that eggs did not have meat in them, that was minus. There was fruit and pancakes etc. and that was great. Would stay again. Castle next door is sure a sight to see even thou...

”Paid full price didn’t have no Internet maxed out my hotspot on both phones stayed two nights. They had people sleeping in the lobby all night. We were on the bottom floor and had people looking into our room from outside we didn’t have any towels. They gave us pool towels that were very tiny no washcloths no soap. ”

”This is great for a park and stay for your car. It should be known there is no shuttle after midnight and you are on your own… if you try to rebook alternate stays during a snow storm and don’t make it, there is a no- show fee. Upon finally arriving a “deal” was made that was more expensive than neighboring hotels with proper amenities. There was no hot water, even after running full blast for half an hour (hotel was empty), no drinking water or coffee. ”

”The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel shuttle wasn’t available and the manager sent an Uber to pick us up at the airport. Restaurant within walking distance. Left before breakfast started. Enjoyed my stay. Recommend this hotel.”

”The trash and dirty towels from the previous guest was not removed from the room prior to us being given the room key. Small pieces of baseboard trim was no longer attached to the wall - it was the first thing we saw when opening the door. Carpeting in the hallways needs replaced. The staff were friendly once they came to the desk, but the front desk did not have any staff whenever we went to the lobby.”

”Our family has used this hotel for “staycations” for many years. IMO it’s the best value hotel in the area. The rooms are LARGE and clean (fits up to 6!), beds comfortable, staff members friendly and helpful. The medium-sized pool is clean (though a little cool); the extra-large hot tub is perfect! They can be crowded at night esp. on weekends, so we try to go swimming in the middle of the day when possible. (There’s also a late-night adult swim time). ”This is a budget hotel. There won’t be any amenities. But what you will get is a very clean quiet comfortable room with a hot shower. Perfect for working out of town.”

”The exhaust fan in the bathroom ran 24 hours a day could not shut it off had to shut the door to the bathroom to cut the noise of it. Plus it let the cold air to come into the room all the time because the vent was forced open from the fans running all the time. ”
