”The hotel seemed pretty sophisticated and the building was charming. The room was pretty small, but still had the essentials (bathroom, some snacks, tea, TV). Bed wasn't necessarily nice for a tall person, but other than that I slept okay, even though the walls were paper-thin (I would say maybe not the best option for light-sleepers). Shower was really hard to work out and eventually I had to take a bath instead - which wasn't the best option, but better than nothing. The room was clean and the...

”The property is in a mid terrace house in a dilapidated part of town. It is either an attic or loft conversion with creaking wooden floor boards. To access the property, there is a steep and narrow winding stair case . The bathroom is en-suite but there was no working shower . The radiator was on full heating all night making the room uncomfortably hot. There is a TV monitor placed on the table , not fixed. It is attached to Wi-Fi but no Wi-Fi code is provided for customer use. The staff...

”First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.”
