”The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There were dead and living roaches in the room. The toilet leaked everytime we flushed it. The A/C unit had holes throughout. ”I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." ”This is a nice house with a large area under the house to grill and relax. Plenty of parking across from the house to park my truck and boat. The deck upstairs if nice and the house is nice.
