”Lovely amenities and housing, perfect for our stay”

”Bedbugs! Roaches! No refund!!! Stayed sweet nights out of a 12-night reservation. Moved to three different rooms and the bed bugs were in all of them. My body, including my face was covered in bites. In the third room, I walked into the shower the next morning and there were roaches crawling on the walls. When I returned to the room itself, there were roaches on the walls there too. Used to be a nice place to stay but now it is disgusting. If anyone from the facility disputes this, I have...

”Room was worn but clean. Staff was inexperienced but careful and helpful. Breakfast was minimal but adequate. The pool was dark and dingy however clean. ”

”There are obviously many updates at this motel, and it is reasonably priced. However, the shower was horribly cold and took forever to get to a tolerable temperature. Stains on the sheets and mattress cover are highly suspicious of previous problems with Cimicidae, but mattress looked ok. Appreciate the hospitality but will probably not stay here again.”

”The hotel is under major construction and they were at one point laying concrete on our floor and tearing up carpets. There was no acknowledgment of this to us and it felt shady. ”

”The only reason I stayed here was because I booked it as non-refundable. The bathroom in my room was filthy. I won’t get into it because I don’t want to gross anyone out. The sheets and towels were clean. The bed was uncomfortable. My room was on the first floor, right next to the main entrance- there are no sheers on the windows, only blackout curtains, which didn’t really help because there was a spotlight shining right at my window. ”Checked in here after leaving a bug infested hotel that was nearby. This place was quiet, clean, and I was able to easily access my room and car. Pool was a nice plus.”

”There were dirty cups in the kitchen and no fire extinguisher. The cable is also horrible if you're staying in the cabin. But staff is very helpful and efficient ”

”Initially, likely because we had Expedia points to use for a free room, they put us in an handicap room which was unnecessary for our needs & right next to the noisy pool. But after a short discussion & kind request with helpful staff we were relocated to a suite that was newly renovated & quite lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend this hotel without question.”
