”This place is fine if you’re just staying a night, but for three nights there were a few things that didn’t work. For example, the shower water pressure was the worst Ive ever seen, to the point where it was basically unusable. The shower essentially just dribbled water out and both me and my partner had to wash our hair in the sink. There was also a dead pincher bug in the bathroom, probably due to all the water that gets on the floor. Additionally, there is no vending machine like advertised....

”Clean room for a good price”

”Rooms were good. Swimming pool is heated, so one can enjoy the swim even when temperature drops to 40. Breakfast option was good.”

”The room was clean but their was some minor problems that I noted and reported to them to repair. Parking spaces were large, breakfast was as expected. Staff were very pleasant and gave me very good information about the local area.”

”The location of this hotel is great for walking distance to downtown Bend. Its very clean, modern, and perfect for a Bend trip.”

”The pool and hot tub were closed all 3 days. I specifically booked for the pool. I was never told, even when I asked about it at check in, that it would be closed. I asked for a discount and was told yes, but never recieved one even after a follow up call. Hotels need to be more accountable for false advertising and let people know when amenities will be closed and not available. Hotel was nice and breakfast was good, but also, it is next to an airbase that practices jet takeoffs after 9 in...

”The room was never restocked with amenities we had 2 wash clothes when I told the front desk she gave me 1 hand towel 2 bath towels and said that was all she could give me. Had no Kleenex, cups, or glasses no remote for the tv and the box spring on the bed was coming apart. Stair and hallways looked as if they had not been vacuumed in months. Never will we stay here again.”

”Upon arrival the room was so thick with bleach, which, from after more inspection was probably to clean up after a murder. We had to leave the window wide open and leave while the fumes disapated. If there had been a note honest review, I myself would not have booked here.”

”The staff was friendly but the room smelt stuffy and it was non smoking but it seemed like ppl did smoke in there. Also the bed sheet looked like it had not been changed and hair on pillows the walk ways to the room were filled of small bugs and mosquitos. Bed quality wasnt that great either. There was mold in shower.”

”The room was spotless and the staff amazing Very cute room, we will be staying there again for sure.”

”Nice hotel. Everything went well. Only issue to improve really was there was only one person handling the breakfast and she was working hard but a bit overwhelmed and needed another person to help. Some things like utensils ran out.”

”Very nicely renovated and modernized facilities. Great hosts.”

”Conwebs and dead insects on the ceiling and upper walls. The full length vanity mirror on the bathroom removed and leaning against the wall. No shampoo in the wall bottles. Staff toes not monitor the breakfast and do not refill food items even when asked. 7 am one boiled egg left no waffle batter. 8 am still none.”

”There was not a hotel there. A building yes, but there wasn’t anything else”

”Strong paint smell in the room that cause me coughing the next day. Just a regular motel, good for a one night during a road trip. ”

”Room was clean, lots of ammenuties in the room, staff eager to please and kept the room in good order!”
