”Extremely comfy, facilities are new and well prepared in details. The bar and restaurant are awesome. It was a great stay when visiting cradle mountain. Its location closes to the visitor centre is a plus. ”
”Basic things that were neglected or done poorly
1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said
2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. Rooms are hot, stuffy and poorly ventilated- would have been helpful to have that piece on information on...

”What a great stay. Was a bit freaked out by the wildlife at the door when going to look out at the stars. The snow was magical. definitely not 5 star, rustic cabin but this is why it’s so fantastic. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. ”
”We booked one night in the lodge. The instructions for check in were easy to follow and our room and the communal areas (kitchen and bathrooms) were very clean and presentable. The lodge is right right next to the restaurant and Altho we did not eat there, the food smelt delicious.”
