”We arrived at 3 pm and stayed in room 410. The check in staff were well versed and had us checked in quickly. The Good: The room was surprisingly large, well lit and clean. Nice touch was the air purifier. Bed was comfortable. And hot water was hot. The annoying. Two things. The door into the shower/toilet area was to big to get in without stepping to the side. That sounds not so bad, but I did end up getting my small toe crushed in the door and needed to bandage it. There is a kind of...

”First we were given a room thatsmelled smoking. The room was changed but the new room had a cockroach in the carpet. And the blower did not worked in the bathroom. No airport transfer nor to the metro station like other hotels in the area.”

”Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.”

I’d rather have a coffee decanter. The rooms were nice, and I love having unending supply of soaps and lotion. The he bed was too soft for my husband, but I slept fine!”

”They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible. ”
