The house is in the heart of Orange County, giving you convenient access to all attractions nearby: Disneyland, parks, beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, events, and many more.

- A fully-stocked kitchen for you to cook or bake delicious dishes with your loved ones. You will find all the dinnerware, pots and pans, appliances, and baking supplies to prepare your meal from scratch.
- A high-end coffee station filled with organic and decaf coffee & teas to start your adventurous day!
- Comfortable beds with 100% Cotton linens to ensure a restful night.
- A private patio with NextGrill BBQ to enjoy chilling nights of Orange County.

@ Kitchen + Dining room:
- Fully loaded with considerate appliances from well-loved brands. You would find an oven, dishwasher, Circulon pots and pans, toaster, blender, rice cooker, baking ware, knife set, and many more.
- Dinnerware and cutlery are provided enough for a service of 12.
- A variety of coffee pods, coffee powders, tea, syrups, and snacks.
- A spacious dining area accommodates comfortably 8- 12 people.
( We also provide kids dinnerware and high chair for our little guests!)

@ Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are provided with high-quality memory foam mattresses, pillows, and cotton beddings.
- Bedroom 1: Two cozy queen beds
- Bedroom 2 ( Master Bedroom): One fluffy king bed
- Bedroom 3: One queen bed
- Bedroom 4: One queen bed

( We also provide travel-crib and pack-n-play for little members of your crew based on request!)

@ Bathrooms:
2 full bathrooms that are stocked with high-quality towels and other necessities: toilet papers, make-up towels, shampoo, conditioners, shower gels, hairdryers, Q-tips, and cotton pads.

@ Sunroom:
Extra space for your daily exercise. The Sunroom also has an additional seating area for you to chill and rewind.

@ Patio+ Backyard:
An outdoor living area with NextGrill BBQ stove. We are planning to update our backyard soon, please hang on to that! Right now, the backyard is filled with tropical fruit trees that you are welcome to enjoy!

@Parking:
Our front yard accommodates comfortably 4 cars. There is also additional parking space on the street. Please respect our neighborhood and do not park in front of neighbors' houses. Our garage is also available for use upon request.

@Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the garage, which is not very convenient! However, you are welcome to use them for your needs. We provide a starter pack of laundry pods and dryer sheets.


* COVID-19: We commit to the cleanliness of our space as well as the safety of all our guests. Cleaning supplies and disinfecting products such as masks and sanitizers would be provided during your stay.

* The house is also suitable for a long-term stay. Please inquire us before booking so we can provide appropriate information for your long-term stay.

*** Security *** We have a Ring doorbell by the front entrance, which can act as a camera and detect sound to ensure security for you and us.
