NEW HOUSE 4BE/2BA, cute POOL/SPA with slide NEAR BEACH, DISNEYLAND FOR 12!

I welcome you to my new house with new furnitures, beautiful front and back yard with spa/jacuzzi, fire pit and BBQ patio in the peaceful and safety area. The house is centrally located and is 10-15 minutes to:
+Huntington Beach
+New Port Beach
+Laguna Beach
+Disneyland
+Knott's Berry Farm
+ Angel Stadium
+Anaheim Convention Center +South Coast Plaza
+Less than 5 min away from Little Saigon and Korea town
+5 minute walking to Miles Square Park
+Nearby freeways include the 405 South & North.

*** HOUSE RULES:
1. No parties- Parties are no allowed in this vacation house. Music is no allowed in the backyard the house. If you want to turn on music, please turn it on inside the house with low volume. Please use ONLY BY PHONE or TV, NO SPEAKER OR ANY DEVICES TO MAKE LOUD MUSIC to bother the neighbors. Maximum people in the house is 12 people including visitors.

2. No smoking- Smoking is not allowed in the house but is allowed outside of the house. If we do find out you have been smoking in the house, you will be charged $500.

3. No pets- We do not allow pets in this house because it will cause a mess or might be allergy for next Guests.

4. Parking- Driveway is limited to only 2 cars. 2 extra cars will have to be parked along of street in front of the house. No more than 4 cars please.

5. Quiet hours- Quiet hours are between 9:30pm- 9am. At that time we recommend you to go inside. Since we do not want any noise complaints ,we kindly ask you to keep quiet during these times.

6. No illegal activities- Since this is a vacation home we do not want any illegal activities going on in the house.

7. Housekeeping- Housekeeping is not available daily. We recommend you to bring beach towels and any other materials since they are limited in this house.

8. Keep the house clean- As much as we want you to have a good time, we still want the house is be as clean as possible. Especially if you are planning to stay a long time since there will not be any daily house service.

9. Security deposit- If home is damaged or if anything is stolen, you may be charged up to $5000.

10. Cameras- Cameras are placed in the front of the house, entry door and back yard for security purposes.

11. Check in and Check out-
Check in- after 4 pm
Check out- before 11 am

12. Questions- Please feel free to text or call from 7:00am-10:00pm if you have any concerns in the house.

13. Laundry- The washer and dryer are located in the house. We try to provide detergent but if it runs out, please buy it when I am not in town or go to work. Thank you.

14. House- This house is not at the address we put for listing. For some mistakes, we put the address of my office in the listing. If you are interested in booking please text us for the address to see if you want to book this place. This house is only 3 minutes away from the address on the listing. However, all the photos and information of the house are real.

15. Spa/hottub: Please dont use it after 9:30pm. Kids go back yard or use the spa and slide with adult. You Use spa/hottub in your condition. Spa has deep around 3feet. Max to use spa is 8 hours and 4-5 people at the same time to help the filters Working correctly.
+ Please text me when you want to turn on the jacuzzi, water falls, slide and lights. We can turn on over the phone for you. You have 2 hours free straightly heated everyday. After that, $50/day. Spa/hottub is turned off automatically at 9:30pm. Dont try to turn on and touch anything of the system on the back of spa/hottub. Thank you.

16. Plugs electric: Please dont touch and take out any plugs in the house. It's very important to the pool, internet and camera systems.

17. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and let Guests know about it before in advance.


18. Responsibilities- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ILLNESS, OR ACCIDENTS THAT HAPPENS. BY BOOKING THIS VACATION HOME YOU HAVE AGREED TO FOLLOW THE RULES WE MADE FOR THIS HOUSE. Guests break the rules of the house, we can ask the guests to leave with NO REFUND.

*** DETAILS OF THE HOUSE:

This is the new vacation house that I want to make the best house in the town for my guests! If you need a new, clean and most comfortable place to enjoy with the private house, spa/jacuzzi, bbq and fire pit, this is the pretty house is filled with lots of roses and have all you need. BUT THIS HOUSE IS NOT ALLOW FOR ANY PARTIES OR EVENTS; NO LOUD MUSIC; UP TO 12 PEOPLE . THE HOUSE IS ONLY FOR VACATION, TRAVEL AND WORKING TRIP.

I am surely this is the house you want when you come to South California. Please make reservation as soon as you can to save the dates!
My house have:
+ 1 master bed room : king size bed with high quality mattress including the bathroom roll-in stand shower.
+ 3 bedrooms : 2 rooms for 2 queen beds and 1 room with 1 triple queen size bunkbeds. 3 rooms can use the bathroom in the master bedroom or we have another bathroom for sharing.
+ There are 2 bathrooms in the house.
+ Each room has 1 smart TV 50in with wifi connected and cable.
+ Big living room with new and large sofa + flat TV 50in with cable and wifi connected.
+ Kitchen : with full cookwares for cooking and smart, flatTV 50in with wifi connected.
+ Dining table : for 8 people and 3 chairs to seat and eat on the counter of kitchen.
+ Specially, there are beautiful and large front yard and back yard with patio for you guys enjoy BBQ and fire pit whenever you like.
+ We just finished the NEW Spa/hot tub with slide, water fall for kids can swim and the adults can enjoy and rest with the hot salt water, jacuzzi. The spa is about 3000 gallons of water...vs a pool spa that has 10k to 15k gallons of water , my pool technician recommend to use the spa under 8 hours with 4-5 people at the same time to make the spa system have time to make the water clean. If we use a lot over 8 hours straightly, the filter doesn’t have time to work correctly , so make the water not clearly. I hope it’s ok for you. I am trying the best for everything safety to my guests. Please understand and I am really appreciated it.
+There are comfortable sofa and swing in the front and back yard to enjoy the sunny of California.
- Hi-Speed Wifi, TV with cable, have a lot of Chanels to watch and enjoy.
- There are a lot of games for the kids can play like: Uno card, Indoor magnetic dark board, Pop up Pirate, Mini Arcade game machine, Foosball Table and Hottub/spa with slide outside.
- Quiet/safe neighborhood.
- Clean towels, utensils, washer, dryer, Shampoo/ body wash.
- Driveway parking that can hold up to 2 cars and 1 or 2 cars along of the street in front of house.
- Everything is close by but a car is recommended.
- Close by to Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Disneyland, UC Irvine, Knots Berry Farm, Costco, Staters market, Westminster Mall, Vons, Little Saigon, Walmart, Target, South Coast Plaza....
- Especially very close to Miles Square Park( 5 mins walking) with outdoor activities like jogging, golfs, basketball, football, play ground for kids...
