âThe room is very small, with only a toilet. The kitchen has plastic dishes, no proper knives, and no kettle to boil water. Even the most budget hotels usually provide a kettle, so it was disappointing to have to heat water in the microwave.
There were about 20 pillows in the room, which felt unnecessary â four would have been more than enough.
It would also be very helpful to have a small vacuum cleaner, especially for guests traveling with pets, so we could clean up after them ourselves. For...

âRoom was clean, staff was friendly, the fireplace in the room was nice. Rocking chairs on the balcony. Not much offered for breakfast. Only weird thing was the shower is part of the jetted tub in the deluxe king room. So there is quite the step in and out of the shower. Overall a decent experience. â
