Great house, located exactly where we needed to stay for a work trip. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The pictures were true to form. Everything about this home was very nice. We enjoyed the each room had its own bathroom. The only drawback was the televisions on the right side of the house would not work for us. The remote control kept turning on the back porch television. The other TVs worked fine. It also would have been nice to have a cutting board in the kitchen. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will book again.

There was DEFINITELY some cleaning issues. I informed the host about mildew on the shower curtain, Filthy oven which filled with smoke when turned it on and the air duct vent was filled with dust. Upon our departure we found clogs and underwear under a bed when we were checking to make sure we didn’t leave anything. For the price I paid for cleaning it shouldn’t have those problems.And no pods for the dishwasher. Also there a Wasp nest out back in the rooftop of the deck.

Great for all

The home is spacious and the fact that it has 4 private bedrooms with a full attached bathroom for each was wonderful. Also, the fact that the home is all on one level, made it perfect for an elderly individual that was in our party. The back porch was also a great get away area to enjoy the woods and catch a movie while enjoying a fire in the beautiful fireplace. All in all, we were pleased with everything about the home, including the communication with the property manager.

Beautiful home

Everyone was impressed w the house. Wonderful to have 4 bedrooms w their own bath. The kitchen had great selection of pots and pans, dishes were nice and lots of them! Do need to have a broom and dustpan, there was no way to sweep up the many crumbs left by 4 kids. My daughter also mentioned having silicone cooking utensils—the pots/pans are very nice, but metal utensils scratch the pans

Loved the Midway Cottage

My 3 cousins and I had an amazing time at the cottage for our annual girls trip! The cottage was a short distance from both Tybee Island and Savannah which allowed us the convenience of day trips to each; while also enjoying the relaxation and secluded feeling of the cottage. The split bedroom set up with two bedrooms on each side and the common living spaces and kitchen in the middle was really functional! We also loved having our own bedrooms with our own baths! The communication was exceptional ! What can we say except the midway cottage owes us nothing and did not disappoint! We’d definitely go back again!
